I Heart Cherries

How cute is this?  Heart cherries.This makes me feel happy and springy. Winter seems like it’s lasting forever! I want spring!  That’s all.

I used Wet ‘n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint and Sally Hansen White Out along with a few acrylics.

Aliens Need Love Too

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!  This song came on the radio while I was driving around town the other day.  And this mani was born. I’ve been laughing about it for days! It’s a little crazy, I know.  Aliens have hearts too ya know.  They’re probably celebrating Valentine’s Day today just like we are. 😉

My hubby got a good laugh out of it.  My daughter asked what they were, then said they were mad. Ha ha!

My base polish for this design was OPI DS Magic, my aliens are Sinful Colors Innocent and the pink heart is Milani Pink Hottie. Everything else was done with acrylics.  I topped it off with Chill Zone top coat.

I think this is super cute and I’m giving myself a pat on the back for it. I think it’s safe to say this mani is one of a kind. I hope you’re all spending the day with people you love (romantically or otherwise). Happy Valentine’s Day!

Love Birds

Awe… cute.  I love this delicate design.I first did this Jonqal design for a Twinsie Tuesday theme back in December. I loved it! It’s such a simple design to do, but has such a dramatic impact. The black and white color scheme back in December was a very bold look, while the pink and white today is a much softer look.

I used OPI Pink Friday and white acrylic paint for the jonqal design. For my love birds I used OPI Do You Lilac It, Vant To Bite My Neck, The “It” Color and Pink Friday, Color Club Edie, Milani Fresh Teal, Sally Hansen White On and Black Out, Jordana Orangesicle and red acrylic.

I topped this off with two coats of HK Girl top coat. I have a crazy idea for tomorrow’s mani. We’ll see if I actually do it. It promises to be fantastic. Do you have any fun Valentine’s manis planned?

Valentine’s Funky French

This is a little more mature than looking than I feel like suits me.  It started out a little aimless and this is what came out of it.My favorite part of this design is the little peek-a-boo baby heart on my thumb.  It was an afterthought, but I think it’s the best part.

I used OPI Do You Lilac It for my purple tips and acrylic paints for the rest.  I topped this off with HK Girl top coat.

Sealed With a Kiss

I’m having fun coming up with Valentine’s manis.  I didn’t do many lovey dovey designs last year and I think I’m making up for it.This is the first time I’ve tried lips. I need to practice a bit more I think.  I like them anyway.

I used China Glaze Liquid Leather, Sally Hansen White On and Milani Fresh Teal along with white and red acrylics.
